As a business owner and mom, I know that we all work hard for what we have, and I strive to give my clients the best that money can buy. The food I create is nutritious, tastes great, and looks beautiful. I believe that food is a conversation piece and a common bond we all share - it transcends all cultures. People love to eat and talk food, and I am proud to make that my life.

My father was a chef, so I was surrounded by a strong food culture. I’ve always loved spending time in the kitchen, but it wasn’t until I was an adult and honorably discharged from the Army, that I knew I really wanted to be a chef. Now, as a business owner , wife and mother of four, I understand how difficult it can be to find the time to make healthy meals (that taste great).
As a busy mom, it is important to me that my family and I sit down at a dinner table without cellphones to eat together all at once. In today's digital world it can be a challenge, but well worth the effort. Some weeks we eat together more than others but I can definitely see the difference in my family when we do. We laugh, joke, share, tell stories, bond and love on each other in ways that eating fast food do not afford us. This inspires and motivates me -- to bring families back to the dinner.

As a personal chef, I make delicious and nutritious meals for busy professionals. Some of my clients have families, and some do not. Some are elite athletes, some are business people, and some are stay-at-home moms with kids to shuttle back and forth. While they are all very different, they all share the desire to eat well and stay healthy.
As someone who takes my own health and fitness very seriously, I understand the value of fresh, real foods. I believe in nourishing the body with organic, whole ingredients that taste like what they actually are. Simple, good-for-you foods improve your health from the inside out, allowing you to perform better in every facet of your life. With those principles in mind, I create meals that give you the fuel to slay it, no matter what you’re doing.

I Understand Your Dietary Needs
I know that not everyone can (or wants to) eat the same foods. That’s why I create a custom menu for every one of my clients. This isn’t a cookie-cutter catering business where everyone gets the same old tired chicken dish and mixed vegetables. With me you get a 100% unique dining experience. I take your likes and dislikes, as well as any dietary restrictions, into account with every meal I plan, whether large or small. Available meal plans include:
