This course is a virtual educational class delivered over the internet, via 4 weekly video trainings, 4 weekly coaching emails, and 4 Facebook inspirational trainings. The program is designed to cover both the insights related to food obsession (the “why” behind it) and the most effective tools and techniques to overcome it. We'll discuss the mindset needed to eat the food you love and enjoy your favorite dishes in a healthy way.
